Notice

GoldenLizsLLC can ship from different warehouses. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

Reviews and Comments

Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the site, anything that you submit or post to the site and/or provide GoldenLizsLLC, including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) to GoldenLizsLLC without charge and GoldenLizsLLC shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of GoldenLizsLLC and shall not be returned to you and you agree not to raise any dispute in connection with any use of the entry by GoldenLizsLLC in the future.

You warrant that your Submissions, in whole or in part, are clear and free of any IP right infringement, disputes or third party claims. GoldenLizsLLC assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or any other rights of third parties by you. You undertake to defense for and indemnify the Sponsor against any losses caused due to the use of the entries for any purposes.

In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant GoldenLizsLLC the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other Content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by GoldenLizsLLC will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead GoldenLizsLLC or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or Content. Our dresses are inspired by celebrity style and are our recreations of items worn by the celebrities on your favorite television shows and the red carpet, however they are not authorized, endorsed by, or connected to these shows in any way and are not meant as infringements of any registered trademarks or copyrights.

Intellectual Property Infringement Policy

It is the policy of GoldenLizsLLC to take appropriate action where necessary to uphold and recognize all relevant State, Federal and International laws in connection with material that is claimed to be infringing any trademark, copyright, patent and all or any other Intellectual Property laws. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the site and GoldenLizsLLC shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s), and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

User Account

For safety and security, each customer is allowed to create only one registered account by default. For customers who attempt to create several accounts, GoldenLizsLLC reserves the right to suspend accounts without further notice.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at service@goldenlizss.shop. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Order Processing Time

Once your order has been paid and confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing time refers to the period between when your order is placed and when it is fulfilled by our warehouse. This processing time is to be added on top of the delivery time. During big sales events and holiday periods, processing times are typically longer and may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Time

After your order has been shipped, the standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please note that business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. During Black Friday and holiday seasons, carriers may experience delays, so please allow a few extra days for your package to be delivered.

Tracking Information

As soon as your package has been shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you via email. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking link to be activated. Your package is on its way, and the tracking link will be updated with more information soon. Please check your tracking link regularly. The tracking page will show you an estimated delivery date and delivery status. Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. You may return any item within 7 business days of receiving your package for a refund. Returned items must be in brand new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened items or items that have been worn. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please note that certain customized products are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for specific details.

Exchanges

If you receive a product with quality issues or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your package to request an exchange. We will provide a replacement of the same item. Exchanges can also be made easily through our website for other situations. Please initiate the exchange and we will guide you through the process.

Online Purchases

Please remember that purchases made on our website must be returned to our online store only.

Return Process

We are unable to refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

We do not have any influence on the local delivery process. In case of any issues with the delivery of your package, the carrier must be contacted directly. Did not receive your tracking email? Please check your spam folder and verify whether you have received an order confirmation email. We will gladly check on your order and provide you with a solution.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms and Conditions or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Iowa, in each case located in Linn County, Iowa. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
